Global Operations TikTok Shop - EHS & Safety Manager, Sorting Center Location : Rancho Cucamonga Employment Type : Regular Job Code : A172325 Responsibilities The Supply Chain and Logistics team builds the capabilities that support business growth and global operations. We provide business planning, operational insights, and logistics strategy support to help teams and partners operate efficiently across markets. As the business scales globally, we take on complex, business-critical challenges across network design, operational efficiency, service quality, and the differing needs of each local market, work that strengthens partner experiences and supports sustainable growth. You will help build scalable logistics capabilities that support TikTok Commerce across global markets. Team Overview TikTok Shop Sorting Center is dedicated to maximizing sorting efficiency and standardizing operations across our national distribution centers. By leveraging data-driven insights and rigorous quality monitoring, we ensure every parcel moves faster and reaches our customers sooner. Responsibilities - Manage safety compliance across the distribution center; ensure all operations align with local fire, security, and occupational safety regulations (e.g., OSHA standards). - Oversee high-risk activities including yard parking safety, hot work, and forklift operations to identify and eliminate potential hazards. - Responsible for the routine inspection and maintenance of fire protection facilities; organize employee safety training and regular fire drills. - Develop emergency contingency plans; lead investigations into safety incidents, manage reporting procedures, and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive measures. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or above; - Certified Safety Professional (CSP), OSHA certification, or relevant EHS professional qualifications. - Deep understanding of safety risks within the logistics/warehousing industry and familiarity with local/national fire codes (e.g., NFPA). - High level of accountability with strong decision-making skills in emergencies; strictly principle-oriented.
