We are a high-volume screen printing and e-commerce fulfillment shop looking for energetic, detail-oriented team players to join us for our peak holiday rush (October 1st 2026 to January 1st 2027). In this role, you won't just sit in one spot. You will learn and work across all facets of our production floor—from unloading raw apparel blanks to catching fresh prints off the press and packing out e-commerce orders. What You’ll Do (Your Daily Work) Because our shop moves quickly, your daily tasks will shift based on production needs and machine workflows. You will be cross-trained to support: Warehouse & Receiving: Unloading trucks/containers of blank garments, verifying box counts against packing slips, and stocking shelves. Pre-Press Prep: Taping screens, mixing/loading inks, and staging apparel bundles next to automated and manual presses. Press Assistance: Safely catching and quality-checking garments as they exit the conveyor dryers from high-speed production and sample presses. Finishing: Counting, folding, tag-less heat pressing, and retail-bagging finished garments. Fulfillment & E-Commerce: Picking and packing individual web store orders accurately using basic scanning or inventory software. Shipping: Labeling bulk retail boxes and loading courier trucks (UPS, FedEx, DHL, Freight). Schedule Requirements & Hours Strict Cap: Maximum of 30 hours per week. No overtime is permitted. Flexibility is Key: Hours per day are not guaranteed. Schedules and shift lengths will fluctuate week-to-week based entirely on incoming garment shipments and active print volumes. Predictable Scheduling: This is not an on-call job. Shifts are scheduled in advance based on delivery logistics so you can plan your week. What We Need From You (Job Requirements) Heavy Lifting: Must be physically able to lift, push, pull, and carry boxes/equipment up to 50 pounds continuously throughout your shift. Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach overhead for the duration of an 8-to-10 hour production shift. Environment: Comfort working in a bustling warehouse environment around high-heat dryers, loading docks (variable temperatures), and standard print shop inks/supplies. Attitude: A strong eye for detail, a commitment to workplace safety (PPE required), and a readiness to hop between different departments whenever management needs an extra hand.
