Temporary Part-Time Finance & Operations Assistant

Responsibilities: Job duties include, but are not limited to: Process purchase and reimbursement requests received in the shared email box and upload them to the school server. Staff the delivery room to manage incoming deliveries and coordinate item pickups for faculty, students, and staff. Collaborate regularly with Finance Assistants, student workers, and fiscal officers across the school. Perform financial transactions in KFS. Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience in an administrative or office support role. Ability to lift, handle, and organize packages received in the delivery room. Previous experience handling financial transactions, purchasing, or reimbursement processing. Capacity to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English. Preferred: Prior experience using KFS or similar enterprise systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with faculty, staff, and external delivery personnel. Background in customer service or inventory management within an academic or office setting.
