Position Summary Digital Dynamics Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support the accurate and efficient flow of incoming materials through our receiving and inventory operations. This position is responsible for receiving deliveries, verifying materials against purchase orders and packing documentation, processing transactions in the ERP system, labeling and staging materials, and ensuring inventory is accurately routed and stored. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where inventory accuracy and timely material movement are critical to production. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive incoming materials, components, supplies, and equipment from vendors and carriers. Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and other receiving documentation. Inspect shipments for correct quantities, visible damage, discrepancies, or missing documentation. Accurately process material receipts and inventory transactions in the ERP system. Label, organize, stage, and route received materials to the appropriate inventory, inspection, or production areas. Coordinate with Receiving Inspection and Quality when materials require inspection or additional review. Maintain accurate inventory identification, traceability, and material location. Perform material movement, stocking, put-away, and replenishment activities. Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed. Identify and communicate receiving, inventory, or documentation discrepancies to the appropriate team. Maintain organized receiving, staging, and storage areas. Handle electronic components and other sensitive materials in accordance with established ESD and material-handling procedures. Follow company safety, quality, and inventory-control procedures. Work collaboratively with Purchasing, Quality, Production, Planning, and other Operations teams. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1–3 years of experience in receiving, material handling, inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing operations preferred. Experience working in an electronics or manufacturing environment preferred. Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to accurately review purchase orders, packing slips, part numbers, quantities, and inventory documentation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple incoming shipments and material requests. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow established procedures while identifying and escalating discrepancies. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform material-handling activities throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance when appropriate. Ability to safely use carts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as required.
