Telecom Warehouse Technician

The Staging Technician supports DataOne Systems’ warehouse, inventory, shipping, and equipment staging operations. The role is approximately 60% warehouse / 40% staging, preparing telecommunications equipment and materials for deployment. Responsibilities Receive, organize, label, and track inventory and project materials. Pick, pack, and ship equipment and materials to project sites. Track tools, equipment, and inventory levels. Load/unload trucks and operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed. Stage telecommunications equipment according to project requirements and MOPs. Review equipment lists and ensure materials are complete and ready for deployment. Perform basic quality checks and maintain accurate staging documentation. Work with project and field teams to ensure materials are ready when needed. Manage multiple tasks/projects throughout the day — typically 10+ assignments daily. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/staging area. Qualifications Warehouse, inventory, staging, or telecommunications experience preferred. Computer literate; Smartsheet experience preferred. Ability to read and follow MOPs (Methods of Procedure). Experience working with telecommunications/network equipment and staging systems preferred. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Able to multitask and work independently or as part of a team. Forklift experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to safely lift, move, and handle telecommunications equipment and materials. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
