Duties Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive assistance to meet their needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to ensure safety and efficiency Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing products, and assisting with stock replenishment Operate point-of-sale systems accurately during transactions and handle cash or card payments responsibly Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently and uphold high service standards Assist in setting up displays or promotional materials to enhance the shopping experience Follow safety protocols consistently to ensure a secure environment for colleagues and customers Skills Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and approachable demeanor Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a lively environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining orderliness Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems or similar devices (training provided if needed) A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required; enthusiasm is key!
