Team Driver

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driving Team to handle a dedicated, high-mileage reefer run. This position offers consistent home time, modern equipment, and a guaranteed mileage contract to ensure stable, high-level earnings. Position Overview Route: Dedicated lane from Calgary, AB to Texas (Round Trip) . Equipment: Freightliner Cascadia (well-maintained, fully equipped). Trailer Type: Temperature-controlled ( Reefer ). Schedule: Consistent dedicated dispatch. Compensation & Hours Pay Rate: $0.60 per mile (Split). Guaranteed Volume: 22,000 miles per month guaranteed. Earning Potential: Stable, predictable monthly income based on a high-mileage commitment. Requirements Documentation: Must possess a valid U.S. Visa (B1/B2) or be a Canadian Citizen with FAST approval to cross the border. Experience: Previous experience hauling reefer loads and navigating mountain passes/long-haul US routes is an asset. Safety: Clean abstract and CVOR; commitment to ELD compliance and safety regulations. Professionalism: Strong communication skills for border crossings and receiver interactions.
