THE PAY, PIECE BY PIECE Average $88,000 a year, about $1,690 a week, paid weekly $0.67 per mile to start $10 for every drop and hook An extra $0.03 per mile on Friday to Tuesday shifts WHEN YOU'LL WORK Start times fall between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., and you're home most days. Right now the openings are on Thursday to Monday or Tuesday to Saturday schedules. If an occasional layover comes up, your 10-hour break is paid.
