The Supportive Services Coordinator assures access to Transportation and Educational Services so transportation is not a barrier to healthcare and supportive services. Transportation support includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and other health-related appointments. This role also provides educational services that promote client independence.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, sit, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear. Occasional stooping, bending, and lifting/moving up to 25 lbs may be . Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, with the ability to adjust focus.
