Supply Management Specialist 12 months Kernersville, NC 27285 Your Responsibilities As a Supply Management Specialist for Continuous Improvement (CI Buyer) for the client located in Kernersville, NC you will: • Manage cost reduction and risk mitigation projects to ensure they are executed on time and without disruption to the product line. • Support the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process to ensure design changes and product improvements are implemented in a timely and cost-effective manner. • Work with engineering and suppliers on product specifications, making recommendations to ensure a quality product at the lowest total cost. • Develop and communicate comprehensive implementation plans to both internal and external stakeholders. What Skills You Need • Experience with leading a project; including creating a plan, coordinating resources, and delivering results. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively, influence without authority, and execute cross-functionally. • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions - Excel and Data Analytics Skills What Makes You Stand Out • 3 or more years of experience in Supply Chain • Experience in managing supplier relationships and maintaining effective communication. • Prior experience working in a manufacturing or factory setting. Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent related work experience.
