We are looking for a supply chain professional to add to our existing team. You will function as a key member of our customer support team, someone who has high energy, a positive attitude and is results focused. This is achieved by building a sound professional relationship with our business partners that will enhance our brand, have a positive impact on the financial performance of the company, and provide exceptional customer service to the customer. POSITION SUMMARY: · Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and monitor to ensure delivery dates are met. · Customer Service & Follow-Up: Proactively service customers throughout the order lifecycle—confirming receipt, addressing inquiries, and following up on open items—to deliver consistently strong customer experience. · Shipping Activities: Handle imports, exports, distribution, and general freight shipping. · Vendor Liaison: Work with vendors and procurement to improve shipping lanes and reduce costs. · Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with our Sales and QA teams to align on customer needs, priorities, and service commitments. Track customer product specifications, document requirements, sample processes and quality related items that may impact order fulfillment · Multi-tasking: Manage multiple responsibilities to meet daily expectations. · Deadline Management: Handle constant deadlines and frequently changing priorities. · Communication: Maintain excellent email and phone communication with customers, freight carriers, and warehouse personnel. · Inventory Management: Maintain accuracy of inventory data, open purchase orders, customer order status and inbound shipment schedules. Proactively identify potential shortages, allocation conflicts, and delivery risks. · Decision Making: Make quick, informed business decisions. · Organization: Be well-organized, disciplined, and proactive, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Education and Other Requirements: · Completion of a college/university supply chain programs. Business administration programs are a definite asset. Equivalencies will be considered. · Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics Coordinator role · Experience with both domestic and international shipping and regulatory requirements. · Must be proficient using the Microsoft suite of programs, with proficiency with Excel. · Ability to provide clear directions, complete follow up and reporting · Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP considered a strong asset. · Professional, outgoing manner and personable, positive attitude · The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable working autonomously We believe in the power of our people to work together to seize opportunities, overcome obstacles and exceed ex…
