Supply Chain Scheduling Coordinator

Condux Tesmec, located in Mankato, MN is seeking a strong organizational and analytical Supply Chain Scheduling Coordinator. You will manage daily logistics, inventory control, procurement support, shipment tracking, and supplier communication to ensure goods move efficiently from suppliers to customers. You will supervise the shipping department and assembly area scheduling to meet the customer order requirements. Condux Tesmec sells equipment for the installation of Overhead & Underground Transmission & Distribution Powerlines in US & Canada. We are a small local company, part of a worldwide group active in design, manufacturing and sales of products, technologies and integrated solutions for the construction, maintenance and efficiency of infrastructures related to the transport and distribution of energy, data and material. The product portfolio consists of stringing equipment: machines such as puller & puller-tensioner, reel stands, reel winders, pulling rope, blocks and tools. Responsibilities Include Manage and process purchase orders; confirm supplier lead times and delivery schedules Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, prepare shipping documents including BOLs, packing lists, custom forms Monitor and schedule assembly job orders to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines Monitor inventory levels, trigger replenishment, and conduct cycle counting of inventory Support demand planning, production, and customer service with accurate data Maintain a clean and organized department Offer suggestions for improvements in inventory control and order procurement process to reduce lead times and logistics costs Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required. 5 to 7 years of procurement, shipping & receiving, and inventory management preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent Supervisory Experience required. You will be supervising the shipping and receiving department and the assembly area. Previous experience with an ERP, Adobe Creator, and Microsoft Office Product programs preferred Valid forklift operator certification Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance Good verbal and written communication skills We offer an attractive compensation package, including a competitive base salary, and a competitive benefit package including paid time-off, paid holidays, health, dental, life, and disability insurance coverages, HSA spending accounts and out 401(k) savings plan.
