Supply Chain Planning Coordinator

Job Overview Hein Supply Chain Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Planning Coordinator to support procurement, inventory, transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, working with supply chain data, and improving processes to keep products moving efficiently. What You’ll Do Coordinate daily procurement, inventory, transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment activities. Monitor inventory levels, demand trends, and replenishment needs. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. Prepare purchase orders, shipping documents, inventory reports, and operational dashboards. Track inbound and outbound shipments and help resolve delivery or inventory issues. Analyze inventory, transportation, and supply chain performance data to identify improvement opportunities. Maintain accurate information in ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms. Support supplier management, procurement activities, and vendor performance reviews. Investigate inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and operational variances. Help ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and quality standards. What We’re Looking For Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, transportation, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word . Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar platforms. Familiarity with WMS, TMS, and inventory management systems. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or advanced Excel reporting. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methods. APICS/ASCM certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD are a plus.
