Lancaster General Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Supply Chain Analyst to join their team: Summary: The Supply Chain Performance Analyst supports Supply Chain operations through advanced data analysis, performance measurement, reporting, and process improvement. The role transforms operational and supply chain data into actionable insights to improve inventory availability, sourcing effectiveness, distribution performance, operational efficiency, and service to clinical departments. The analyst develops and maintains performance dashboards and analytical tools, monitors key performance indicators, identifies trends and root causes, evaluates supply and inventory risks, and provides recommendations to Supply Chain leadership. The position partners with Sourcing, Inventory Control, Shipping & Receiving, Materials Management operations, clinical stakeholders, vendors, and other internal partners to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Credentials: Lean Six Sigma Certification (Preferred) Lean/Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), or other relevant supply chain/data analytics certification (Preferred) Education or Equivalent Experience: Bachelor of Arts or Science in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Services, or related studies (Required) 3 + years supply chain, logistics, or related fields (Required) 2+ years in clinical/medical field (Preferred) We believe that the best care for our patients starts with the best care for our employees.
