Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Supply Chain Associates, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Operations Specialist to coordinate procurement, logistics, transportation, inventory, and warehouse operations. This role focuses on improving efficiency, tracking shipments, analyzing performance data, and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate purchasing, shipping, inventory management, warehousing, and order fulfillment. Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve logistical issues. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouse teams, and third-party logistics providers. Maintain purchase orders, shipping documents, inventory records, and operational reports. Support demand forecasting, inventory replenishment, and stock optimization. Update ERP, WMS, and TMS systems to ensure accurate operational data. Analyze supply chain KPIs, costs, and vendor performance to identify improvements. Assist with supplier evaluations, procurement activities, and contract administration. Resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment delays, and freight claims. Follow company policies, transportation regulations, and quality standards. Qualifications Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory control, or warehouse operations preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, Power BI, or other supply chain analytics tools is a plus. APICS/ASCM, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications are advantageous. Pay & Benefits Quarterly and annual performance-based bonuses.
