Supply Chain Manager – Manufacturing

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager – Manufacturing Location: Hybrid at St Paul, MN 55114 Duration: FTE Salary: $150k - $170k annually plus 10% annual bonus plus benefits Job Summary: Lead supply chain operations for a growing manufacturing organization, overseeing strategic sourcing, procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and supplier relationships. Manage and develop the buyer team, negotiate supplier contracts, drive cost savings, improve supply chain processes, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations leadership. Requirements: 8+ years of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience in manufacturing. Proven experience leading buyers, planners, or procurement teams. Strong strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, materials planning, and inventory management skills. Experience with supplier KPIs, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Oracle ERP experience preferred. Willingness to work hybrid in Minnesota and travel up to 25%. Preferred Industries: Industrial/electrical manufacturing, building products, renewable energy, aerospace, medical devices, heavy equipment, and fabrication.
