Enoplastic Usa,Inc.GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB : To support our growth and strengthen operational performance, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain activities across Planning, Purchasing and Warehouse Operations. The Supply Chain Manager will play a key role in improving inventory management, enhancing customer service levels, optimizing working capital and ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics. A critical mission of the role will be to drive the inventory improvement project currently underway within the business while establishing robust planning and replenishment processes to support future growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Inventory Management & Supply Chain Performance Develop and execute inventory optimization strategies across raw materials, packaging, work-in-process, and finished goods. Establish inventory policies, safety stock methodologies, and replenishment strategies. Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, slow-moving inventory, and obsolescence risks. Develop corrective action plans to improve inventory health and working capital performance. Lead initiatives to improve inventory turns while maintaining customer service expectations. Develop and monitor key supply chain performance indicators including: o Inventory Turns o Inventory Accuracy o Stock Coverage o Forecast Accuracy o OTIF (On-Time In-Full) o Service Levels o Purchasing Performance Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Lead the monthly S&OP process. Align customer demand, production capacity, inventory requirements, and procurement plans. Coordinate demand forecasting activities with Sales and Customer Service teams. Develop production and supply plans that balance service, cost, and inventory objectives. Identify capacity constraints and develop mitigation plans. Support strategic planning activities to ensure future operational scalability. Procurement & Supplier Management Manage purchasing activities for direct and indirect materials. Collaborate with global procurement teams to leverage supplier synergies and optimize costs. Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, responsiveness, and competitiveness. Support sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and risk mitigation programs. Establish supplier performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives. Warehouse & Logistics Operations Oversee warehouse operations across Fairfield and Ukiah facilities. Ensure efficient inbound and outbound material flow. Improve warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and space utilization. Develop and maintain standardized inventory control procedures. Support transportation and logistics optimization initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers and key suppliers. Promote safe operating practices and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain organization. Apply Lean methodologies including: o Kaizen o Kanban o FIFO o Root Cause Analysis o Standard Work o Visual Management o Waste Reduction Identify process inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements. Drive projects focused on reducing lead times, inventory levels, operational costs, and process variation. Support implementation of new systems, technologies, and business processes. Develop KPI dashboards and regularly communicate performance metrics to leadership. Foster a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop supply chain personnel across Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse functions. Establish clear goals, development plans, and performance expectations. Promote collaboration across Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Procurement.
