Description: Position Summary: The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the strategy, performance, and development of the Supply Chain function across the business. This role leads the people, processes, systems, and partnerships required to ensure product availability, inventory effectiveness, reliable order fulfillment, and scalable support for business growth. Responsibilities: Develops and executes the Supply Chain strategy in alignment with organizational growth, customer service, and operational objectives. Establishes and manages Supply Chain KPIs, scorecards, operating rhythms, and improvement priorities. Establishes inventory policies, stocking strategies, replenishment methodologies, and service-level expectations. Develops processes for proactively managing shortages, allocations, expedites, backorders, and other supply disruptions. Uses data and analytical tools to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve performance. Identifies supply-chain risks and develop mitigation or contingency strategies when appropriate. Leads, coaches, and develops Supply Chain associates while creating clear accountability for performance and development. Partners across the business to communicate supply conditions and appropriately support customer commitments. Demonstrate and reinforce Swagelok values throughout the team. Requirements: Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related discipline preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, inventory management, procurement. 2+ years of demonstrated leadership or people-management experience. Demonstrated experience improving supply-chain processes through analytics, systems, or continuous improvement. Experience with ERP systems and data-driven inventory management required; SAP experience preferred. Skill Requirements: Strategic and systems thinking.
