Role Description The Supply Chain Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for Nail Reformation’s product portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading supply chain planning activities, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring on-time production and fulfillment to support rapid growth and new product launches. This role manages procurement processes, evaluates and negotiates with suppliers, and drives cost-effective, high-quality sourcing decisions. The Supply Chain Director will monitor supply chain operations performance, analyze data to identify risks and opportunities, and implement process improvements and technology solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as production, merchandising, finance, and logistics is essential to maintain a resilient, scalable supply chain that aligns with brand and customer expectations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Operations skills, with experience overseeing end-to-end processes in a consumer products or beauty-focused environment. Candidate MUST HAVE big box experience especially with Target and Walmart compliance. Candidates should possess Production Planning skills to align demand forecasts, capacity, and inventory with product launches and ongoing replenishment. Candidates should possess Procurement skills, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost optimization while maintaining quality and ethical sourcing standards. Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast demand, assess risk, and drive data-informed decisions that improve efficiency and service levels. Relevant qualifications include prior leadership experience in supply chain or operations, familiarity with ERP or supply chain planning systems, and strong collaboration and communication abilities. A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred; advanced certifications (e.g., APICS, CPSM) are a plus. Experience managing remote teams or working in a distributed environment, with a track record of building scalable processes in a high-growth company, is beneficial.
