ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support a growing robotics supply chain organization. This 2-month contract role will focus on analyzing daily supply and demand needs, managing material risks, balancing inventory, and developing solutions to support the availability of components and spare parts in North Reading, MA . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and an understanding of supply chain or materials management. This is a great opportunity for an early-career supply chain professional to gain experience supporting innovative robotics programs while working with data, inventory, and material planning. Key Responsibilities Review daily supply and demand requirements to identify material needs and determine appropriate solutions. Perform basic demand and supply analysis for components and materials. Track material risks and identify potential supply constraints or shortages. Support inventory balancing efforts and identify opportunities to reduce excess inventory. Problem solve and develop solutions for spare parts replenishment. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) materials management activities. Use advanced Excel models and SQL to analyze data, identify trends, and support supply chain decisions. Develop analytical models to evaluate supply chain capacity, inventory, and material requirements. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain efficiency. Apply logical problem-solving skills to address operational and material challenges. Develop and document solutions and processes for internal training and reference. Maintain and update internal documentation to ensure information remains accurate and accessible. Work with cross-functional teams to address material needs and support on-time delivery. Monitor assigned products and portfolios to help ensure materials are available to support delivery commitments. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline. Strong mathematical, analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage advanced models. Experience using SQL for data analysis. Understanding of systems and configuration management concepts. Experience working in an analyst capacity through professional experience, internships, academic projects, or related higher education coursework. Ability to analyze complex information, identify issues, and develop practical solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications 1–2 years of professional experience in a supply chain, materials management, inventory, or related role. Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) materials management. Experience with inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, or material risk tracking. Practical supply chain experience is strongly preferred. Experience working with supply chain data and developing analytical models. Familiarity with robotics, manufacturing, or other complex technical environments.
