Supply Chain Coordinator

Crownlink Supply Chain Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement, inventory, transportation, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, solving operational challenges, and helping keep supply chain activities running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Coordinate procurement, inventory, transportation, and order fulfillment activities. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, customers, and internal teams. Track shipments, inventory levels, delivery schedules, and resolve issues proactively. Prepare purchase orders, shipping documents, inventory records, and operational reports. Support inventory forecasting, replenishment, and stock optimization. Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain accurate data in ERP, WMS, TMS, and other supply chain systems. Assist with supplier coordination, performance tracking, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation requirements, and quality standards. What We’re Looking For Experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, procurement, warehouse, or inventory operations preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment. ERP/WMS/TMS experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Lean/Six Sigma, or APICS/ASCM certifications is a plus.
