Supply Chain and Parts Lead

Supply Chain and Parts Lead | MBody | Las Vegas, Nevada | On-site MBody is looking for a hands-on Supply Chain and Parts Lead to manage the parts, purchasing and inventory processes that support day-to-day service operations. You will coordinate suppliers, keep stock organized and accurate, and help the service team get the right parts when they need them. Responsibilities Source parts and coordinate purchasing with suppliers. Place and track orders, confirm availability and delivery dates, and follow up on delays. Receive deliveries, check quantities and condition, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain organized stock and accurate inventory records. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment. Work with the service team to prioritize parts needs and communicate order status. Coordinate returns, replacement parts and warranty claims with suppliers. Use spreadsheets and business systems to track purchasing, inventory and outstanding orders. Provide responsive support to colleagues and customers. What you bring Practical experience in parts, purchasing, inventory or service operations. Confidence working with suppliers and following orders through to completion. Strong organization, attention to detail and recordkeeping. Comfort using spreadsheets. Clear communication, customer-service skills and a practical approach to solving problems.
