Job Description / Title: Supply Chain Analyst Job Summary: The Supply Chain Analyst supports day-to-day supply chain operations by coordinating production and outbound schedules, scheduling inbound deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, and completing Goods Receipt (GRN) entries for both the East and West facilities. This position plays an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring materials are received, recorded, and available when needed. The Supply Chain Analyst works closely with Production, Warehouse, Operations, and other internal departments to keep material flow and scheduling activities organized and on schedule. Responsibilities: · Plan and schedule outbound shipments and production activities based on customer requirements, inventory levels, and production needs. · Schedule and coordinate inbound shipments for both the East and West facilities. · Communicate inbound, outbound, and production schedules with appropriate personnel and internal departments. · Complete weekly cycle counts of materials and investigate inventory discrepancies as needed. · Complete month-end physical panel counts and provide accurate inventory quantities for reporting. · Enter Goods Receipt (GRN) transactions for both East and West facilities with a high level of accuracy. · Verify received quantities against purchase orders and supporting documentation. · Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records within company systems. · Monitor production, inbound, and outbound schedules and communicate changes or potential delays. · Assist with inventory reconciliation and other supply chain reporting as required. · Perform other supply chain and administrative duties as assigned. Critical Areas of Focus: · Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate physical and system inventory through consistent cycle counting, panel counts, and timely resolution of discrepancies. · Scheduling: Ensure production, inbound, and outbound schedules are accurate, organized, and communicated promptly. · Receiving Accuracy: Ensure materials received at both facilities are properly documented and accurately entered through the Goods Receipt process. · Communication: Provide timely and accurate information regarding shipments, production, inventory, and receiving activities. · Timeliness & Accountability: Complete recurring inventory, scheduling, and GRN responsibilities accurately and within established deadlines. Required Skills/Abilities: · Strong organizational and time-management skills. · Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments. · Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. · Ability to learn and effectively use inventory, ERP, and other company systems. · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Education & Experience: · Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred. Will substitute experience for degree. · Previous experience in supply chain, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, purchasing, or a related field preferred. · Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems preferred. · Experience with Microsoft Excel and related Suite preferred. Physical Requirements: · Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the production facility. · Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. · Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds at a time.
