As our brand partners scale across states, every ingredient, medication, and shipment behind every script has to move with precision and a clean compliance trail. That is why this role exists. The Opportunity We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to own the flow of materials and medications through our pharmacy, from supplier qualification to the package on the patient’s doorstep. Reporting directly to our CEO, you will manage purchasing of bulk drug substances, finished medications, and pharmacy supplies; keep inventory, lot, and expiration data airtight; and run the logistics that get temperature-sensitive orders to patients on time. You will partner closely with our Pharmacist in Charge and pharmacy team so that every purchase and shipment is documented, traceable, and inspection-ready. And you will turn the data into sharper decisions on cost, lead time, and availability as our brand partners grow. Every script we fill depends on the right ingredient, the right lot, and the right shipment arriving on time. You will be the person who makes sure it does. Key Responsibilities Create, place, and track purchase orders for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), excipients, finished medications, and pharmacy supplies from initiation through receipt, resolving delays and discrepancies before they affect patient orders. Source and qualify suppliers, including FDA-registered bulk drug substance manufacturers and licensed wholesale distributors; collect and verify certificates of analysis (COAs) and maintain supplier licensing and qualification files. Request and negotiate quotes, evaluate new suppliers, and track vendor performance against cost, quality, and on-time delivery. Maintain lot, expiration, and beyond-use-date tracking; manage first-expired, first-out rotation; and support quarantines, returns, and recalls in partnership with the Pharmacist in Charge. Support pharmacy compliance documentation for purchasing and inventory, including DSCSA transaction records for finished prescription drugs, controlled substance purchasing and inventory records, and materials documentation supporting USP <795> and <797> compounding standards. Forecast demand by brand partner and protocol (HRT, longevity, dermatology, and more) to prevent stockouts of critical ingredients and medications. Manage mail-order shipping and carrier relationships, including cold chain and temperature-controlled packaging, in-transit monitoring, and exception resolution. Create and maintain master SKUs and product data so that formulations, NDCs, and inventory records stay accurate across pharmacy, ERP, and accounting systems. Pull and analyze reports on inventory turns, cost per fill, supplier spend, and fulfillment performance, and present findings and recommendations to the CEO.
