Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and drive excellence in our supply chain operations. In this role, you will analyze and optimize supply chain processes, leverage business intelligence tools, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics planning. Your expertise will help us enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Duties Analyze supply chain data using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support inventory demand forecasting, procurement strategies, and logistics planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to align supply chain activities with business objectives. Utilize ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms to manage inventory levels, purchase orders, and production schedules. Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies and implement Kaizen or Lean management techniques for continuous improvement. Support demand planning activities by analyzing historical data and applying MRP (Material Requirements Planning) principles to optimize inventory levels. Lead projects focused on process enhancement using Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations and reduce waste. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; advanced certifications like Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing are a plus. Proven experience with supply chain analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence software. Strong proficiency in ERP systems including SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or equivalent platforms; experience with SQL is highly desirable. Knowledge of inventory management systems, demand forecasting techniques, and logistics inventory management practices. Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets for actionable insights. Familiarity with project management principles and team management experience is advantageous. Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and negotiation in procurement activities. Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
