Our warehouse and supply chain are the backbone of the business, and we're looking for a sharp, organized person to help keep inventory flowing and shipments on time. About the Role This is a hands-on logistics role focused on coordinating freight, managing inventory movement, and keeping our supply chain running smoothly. You'll handle inbound and outbound shipments, track inventory across our warehouse and FBA locations, and assist with purchasing as needed. The ideal candidate stays calm when a shipment goes sideways, keeps meticulous records, and follows up without being asked. What You'll Do Coordinate inbound freight — domestic trucking, ocean freight, and air cargo — from suppliers to our warehouse Book and track outbound shipments across UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and Amazon FBA inbound Manage FBA shipment creation, box content uploads, and shipment reconciliation in Amazon Seller Central Monitor inventory levels across our warehouse and FBA locations; flag restock needs before stockouts occur Resolve carrier claims, lost or damaged shipments, and delivery exceptions Maintain accurate shipment records, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations Identify cost-saving opportunities with freight carriers Assist with purchasing — sourcing and ordering inventory, parts, supplies, and other goods the business needs; managing order quantities based on usage rates, lead times, and stock levels; tracking open POs; confirming ship dates; reconciling received items against POs; and verifying that all incoming materials meet required specifications and quality standards What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations Solid understanding of freight modes — LTL, FTL, ocean, air, and parcel Strong in Excel or Google Sheets — comfortable building and maintaining shipment and inventory trackers Obsessive attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple open shipments and deadlines at once Clear written and verbal communication with carriers, vendors, and internal teams Self-sufficient problem-solver who follows up without being asked Nice to Have Experience with Amazon FBA inbound shipments and Seller Central Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software (NetSuite, Cin7, Fishbowl, or similar) Experience importing goods from overseas suppliers Background in the supplement, food, or consumer goods industry Familiarity with customs documentation or freight forwarding What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Employee discount on products A fast-paced environment where your work has a direct, visible impact on the business Room to grow into a senior operations or supply chain role as the company scales How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
