For our client, we are seeking a Supplier Quality Manager - Energy and Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will oversee supplier quality practices across energy and infrastructure projects, ensuring that materials, equipment, and vendor processes meet required standards. The position partners closely with procurement, project teams, and suppliers to strengthen risk management, improve consistency, and support successful project delivery. It also plays a key role in audit execution, quality planning, and training that drive continuous improvement across the supply base. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,100 – $150,200 annually Responsibilities Implement and improve the supplier quality management system across projects and suppliers Drive adoption of standardized quality procedures and risk assessments Integrate quality controls into supplier selection and procurement processes Develop and deliver training while capturing lessons learned for program improvements Execute risk-based audit plans for suppliers and document findings effectively Develop supplier quality plans and risk-based inspection and test plans (ITPs) Lead factory acceptance testing (FAT) and ensure compliance before shipment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Technology, Quality, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered 5+ years in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, quality engineering, or related fields Experience auditing manufacturing facilities and evaluating quality management systems Knowledge of ISO 9001 principles and auditing techniques Ability to interpret technical documents and quality records Strong project management and communication skills Willingness to learn about electrical and industrial equipment Benefits Medical and prescription drug plans with no-cost vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan with a generous company match Paid time off, holidays, and other paid leaves Employer-paid life, AD&D, and disability insurance Tuition reimbursement and adoption assistance Gym membership discount program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
