Role Description The Warehouse Operations Associate is a part-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments of medical and clinical supplies. The associate will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy, proper labeling, and safe packaging. Daily tasks include maintaining inventory records, performing stock counts, and keeping warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. The role also involves loading and unloading materials, operating basic warehouse equipment, and collaborating with customer service and logistics teams to support timely and accurate order fulfillment. Qualifications Experience with warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts. Knowledge of safe material handling practices and basic warehouse equipment operation (e.g., pallet jacks, carts). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure order accuracy and product quality. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments. Physical ability to lift, move, and handle boxes and equipment as required by warehouse tasks. Previous experience in medical supplies or healthcare distribution is an asset. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
