TF Warren GroupGlobaltherm provides design and manufacturing of both vertical standing seam and horizontal prefabricated tank and vessel insulation systems for both heated and cold storage applications. Each system is manufactured to meet or exceed the specific operating conditions providing maximum insulation value. Globaltherm is seeking to add a dynamic Supervisor to lead our team and support our insulation business! This position is an in-office position at our warehouse located at 9011 Sheldon Road in Houston, TX. The primary hours are 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday with additional hours as needed to support the business needs. The supervisor will manage the production and warehouse operation of insulated panels. This position will act as a liaison with both internal and external customers for Globaltherm needs. The supervisor will lead a team of administrative and warehouse associates. · Supervision of full facility to include administrative and warehouse functions. · Enforce safety guidelines and adherence to all company, federal, state and local policies, laws and regulations. · Manage communication with internal and external customers regarding all Globaltherm operational functions. · Manage all personal needs to include interviewing, training, coaching, performance management, etc. · Oversee work progress and drive for results to ensure product is shipped on time. · Manage production schedule and assign work to warehouse associates to ensure timely execution of projects. · Manage facility inventory of raw and finished goods, conducting monthly and yearly wall to wall audits. · Participate in project team meetings with representatives from construction, engineering, design, and manufacturing to provide update on the status of insulation production and shipments. · Coordination of equipment rentals, freight, shipment of small packages, etc. to ensure the product is delivered on time and accurately. · Escalate any concerns that may delay or negatively impact the projects, deadlines, etc. to management. · Other duties assigned as needed to support the business.
