As a Superintendent - Electrical/Instrumentation, you will provide site-based leadership for all electrical and instrumentation construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer expectations, project objectives, and Worley's commitment to sustainable project delivery. Working at the center of project execution, you will coordinate field operations, supervise multidisciplinary construction teams, and drive a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and operational excellence. The Superintendent - Electrical/Instrumentation plays a critical role in this journey by leading and overseeing the safe, efficient, and sustainable delivery of on-site electrical and instrumentation construction activities. Working directly at the project site, the Superintendent - Electrical/Instrumentation is responsible for supervising and coordinating field operations, integrating field administration, subcontractor management, procurement coordination, and construction execution activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role is essential in aligning day-to-day construction management with Worley’s strategic ambition to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for Leading, coordinating, and supervising all on-site electrical and instrumentation construction activities to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved schedules and budgets. Driving a proactive safety culture by ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements while promoting sustainable work practices. Overseeing and integrating field administration, procurement coordination, subcontractor management, and field engineering activities to support project objectives. Acting as a primary site contact for electrical and instrumentation execution, fostering strong communication between project teams, customers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Providing leadership and technical guidance to electrical and instrumentation supervisors, craft professionals, technicians, and subcontractors while promoting collaboration and accountability. Monitoring construction progress, evaluating project performance, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks and maintain project commitments. Supporting the integration of sustainability-focused solutions into project delivery and identifying opportunities to enhance environmental and operational performance. Collaborating closely with engineering, procurement, commissioning, quality, and project management teams to optimize workflows and improve project execution. Managing workforce planning, productivity, and resource allocation to ensure effective utilization of labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted resources. Ensuring electrical and instrumentation installations are completed in accordance with project specifications, codes, standards, contractual requirements, and company procedures. Overseeing cable tray installation, conduit systems, cable pulling and termination, grounding systems, instrument installation, loop checks, testing, and energization activities. Supporting construction readiness, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and systems turnover activities to ensure successful project completion.
