SJ Contract Solutions LLC is expanding its Central Florida subcontractor network. We are seeking experienced landscaping professionals and established lawn-care companies for residential and commercial property-maintenance assignments in St. Cloud and surrounding areas. This is an independent contractor opportunity—not a W-2 employee position. Assignments are offered according to project availability, location, experience, and customer needs. Hours and assignments are not guaranteed. Responsibilities Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Hedge and shrub trimming Weed removal and general yard cleanup Mulch installation and light landscaping Leaf, branch, and landscaping-debris removal Maintaining clean and safe work areas Taking clear before-and-after photographs Reporting completed work and property concerns Providing professional and respectful customer service Requirements At least two years of landscaping or lawn-care experience preferred Reliable transportation Your own professional landscaping tools and equipment Ability to travel throughout St. Cloud and surrounding areas Completed Form W-9 before accepting assignments General liability insurance and a valid Certificate of Insurance Workers’ compensation coverage or a valid exemption, when applicable Ability to complete assignments independently and meet agreed deadlines Willingness to complete a background check when required Required licenses or certifications for any regulated services performed Compensation Estimated equivalent of $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience, assignment, and scope of work Final pricing and payment terms are agreed upon before each assignment Flexible scheduling based on available projects SJ Contract Solutions LLC considers qualified subcontractors without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
