Studio Coordinator/Spray Tan Artist

We are seeking a polished, organized, and client-focused Studio Coordinator / Spray Tan Artist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to grow with a supportive and collaborative team. This role combines front-of-house responsibilities with hands-on spray tanning services and plays a key role in creating an elevated client experience from start to finish. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, professional, and highly client-focused Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced studio environment A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills Passionate about beauty, skincare, and wellness Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable recommending products and promoting services Self-motivated with a positive attitude Experienced in salon, spa, or receptionist/front desk environments preferred Requirements High school diploma required Previous salon, spa, or customer service experience preferred Previous receptionist or front desk experience strongly preferred Weekend and evening availability preferred Key Responsibilities Front Desk / Studio Coordinator Duties: Greet clients warmly and provide a luxury guest experience Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client communications Check clients in and out efficiently using booking software Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and studio areas Educate clients on studio services, memberships, promotions, and retail products Assist with inventory management and retail merchandising Support daily opening and closing studio procedures Maintain professionalism and a positive atmosphere at all times Spray Tan Artist Duties: Perform customized spray tanning services with attention to detail Educate clients on proper pre- and post-care instructions Recommend products to enhance and maintain results Ensure tanning rooms remain sanitized, stocked, and presentation-ready Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals What We Offer Base pay starting at $20/hour Retail commission opportunities Flexible scheduling Employee discounts on services and products Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity for growth and continued education Positive, modern, and client-focused studio atmosphere If you are passionate about beauty, client experience, and working in a fast-paced luxury studio environment, we would love to hear from you!
