Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate cash registers and handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems Assist customers with product demos, answering questions to promote understanding and interest Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented through effective merchandising techniques Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs and increase sales Maintain phone etiquette when addressing inquiries or assisting customers remotely Conduct retail math calculations for transactions, discounts, and inventory management Handle cash drawer operations, including cash handling and balancing registers at shift end Skills Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations for smooth checkout processes Previous supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Ability to perform retail math accurately for sales, discounts, and inventory purposes Strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively in bilingual environments if applicable Experience in product demos and upselling techniques to boost sales performance Knowledge of retail store product placement, merchandising, and stock replenishment practices Excellent phone etiquette for professional customer interactions over the phone or online Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and transaction accuracy Customer service expertise to resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your energy fuels our success!
