Store Replenishment Team Member

Job Summary: The Store Replenishment Team Member ensures accurate and efficient replenishment of merchandise during non-operating hours, maintaining organized stockrooms and sales floors to support store operations. Essential Job Functions: Receive, unpack, inspect, organize, and process merchandise shipments. Maintain an organized and accurate stockroom while ensuring products are properly labeled and stored. Replenish merchandise on the sales floor based on inventory levels and customer demand. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, transfers, and shipment processing. Support sales associates by locating merchandise and maintaining product availability. Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining brand presentation standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom and back-of-house environment. Provide excellent customer service when assisting customers on the sales floor. Follow company policies and procedures related to loss prevention, safety, and inventory control. Collaborate with store leadership and team members to meet operational and sales goals. Must be available to work early morning starts (starting at 5:00 am), regular business hours, and overnight shifts based on business needs. Including weekends and holidays as needed. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. Must be able to report to work as early as required for shipment processing, inventory, replenishment, and store setup. Additional Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts. Basic understanding of stock management systems is a plus. Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations is a plus. Pay Range: USD $18.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
