Store Order Picker / Packer

About the role Pringle Robotics is hiring an Order Picker / Packer to pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately and on time from our Parts Store. Job title: Order Picker / Packer Department: Supply Chain Reports to: Supply Chain Manager Location: Pringle Robotics, Edwards Illinois Employment type: Full-time, Exempt Key responsibilities Pick items from shelves, racks and bins using pick lists or an RF/handheld scanner Verify part numbers, quantities and serial numbers before packing Pack orders securely with the right box, dunnage and anti-static or ESD packaging for sensitive electronics Print and apply shipping labels, packing slips and required documentation Stage completed orders for carrier pickup and help load outbound shipments Receive, inspect and put away incoming stock as needed Report damaged, missing or mislabeled items to the supervisor Support cycle counts and keep inventory records accurate in the warehouse system Keep work areas clean and organized, following 5S and safety procedures Meet daily accuracy and productivity targets Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience Strong attention to detail and the ability to read part numbers and pick lists accurately Basic math and computer skills Ability to follow safety rules and written instructions Must be at least 18 years old Preferred 6+ months of warehouse, picking, packing or shipping experience Experience with RF scanners or a warehouse management system (WMS) Forklift or pallet jack certification Experience handling electronic or precision components Physical requirements and work environment Stand and walk for up to 8–10 hours per shift Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs; team-lift heavier items Bend, reach, kneel, climb step ladders and push or pull carts Work in a warehouse that may be noisy and vary in temperature Wear required PPE, including safety shoes and ESD protection where needed Work near automated equipment and robots, following all posted safety zones Reasonable accommodations may be made so people with disabilities can perform the essential functions of this role.
