This location is set to open in early May. Interviews will take place in Arlington the week of March 30th. Paid training will take place in Nashville, Tennessee and Las Vegas, Nevada during the weeks of April 13th and April 20th. You must be able to travel out of state for training.


The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for retail, as well as the ability to manage a team effectively. This position is a “working manager” position and is expected to be working the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of service. 
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals.
  • Recruit, onboard, train and strategically schedule employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives. Ensures sales team is strategically staffed and placed for enhanced productivity.
  • Delegate responsibilities to employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
  • Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved.
  • Maintain staff performance by appraising, coaching, counseling, and delivering disciplinary actions in partnership with the Human Resources team.
  • Manages workforce productivity, efficiency and process improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Effectively communicates with company leadership team, on a regular basis.

Requirements

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:

  • Previous management experience, minimum of three years in a retail setting.
  • The ability and willingness to work a retail schedule at a minimum of 45 hours a week that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong social, written and communication skills that includes a commitment to customer service and teamwork.
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and delegate projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Holds self and others accountable to consistently maintain high-performance standards.
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent; College degree preferred.

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • (Lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
  • Ability to read, count and write in order to accurately complete all documentation.
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and cash wrap.
  • You must be able to wear western boots while working.
  • Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
  • Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-60 pounds.
