Description

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Workforce & Administrative Coordinator is responsible for monitoring

and correcting hourly schedules and time punches, serving as a liaison between

warehouse staff and Human Resources, supporting new employee onboarding, and

managing administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Scheduling & Timekeeping

  • Monitor, review, and correct hourly schedules and employee time punches
  • Ensure accuracy of timekeeping records in compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate with Managers and Supervisors to resolve attendance discrepancies
  • Coordinate with Managers and Supervisors to determine and source Temp Labor requirements.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports as needed

HR Liaison

  • Act as the primary point of contact between warehouse employees, Managers and HR
  • Communicate policy updates, procedures, and HR initiatives to staff
  • Assist with employee inquiries related to attendance, benefits, and policies
  • Escalate employee relations concerns to Operations Manager or HR when appropriate

New Employee Onboarding

  • Coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires
  • Ensure completion of required documentation and system setup
  • Partner with supervisors to facilitate orientation and training logistics
  • Maintain onboarding records and compliance documentationĀ 

Administrative Support

  • Maintain personnel and attendance records
  • Generate operational and workforce reports
  • Support warehouse leadership with administrative tasks
  • Ensure Operational and administrative documentation is organized and audit- ready
Requirements

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in workforce scheduling, payroll, or timekeeping systems
  • Strong organizational and administrative skillsĀ

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/timekeeping systems
