Store Merchandising Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Store Merchandising Manager to lead our retail team in creating an engaging shopping environment that drives sales and enhances customer satisfaction. Duties Develop and execute compelling visual merchandising strategies to maximize product appeal and sales performance. Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, stock rotation, and inventory control to minimize shrinkage. Lead, train, and supervise retail staff on merchandising standards, store operations, customer service, and safety protocols. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, pricing adjustments, and sales reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Conduct regular store inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies. Monitor sales data and customer feedback to continuously improve merchandising tactics and store presentation. Requirements Previous Merchandising Experience Required. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, POS technology, and operational procedures. Open Availability. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and operational standards.
