Position Details
This is an in-store position based in Taylorsville, UT.
This role is scheduled for 5 days per week, with a flexible schedule that may include some Saturdays, depending on store needs.
What You’ll Do
Create an Elevated In-Store Experience
- Deliver a personalized, high-touch customer experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring store environment
- Build strong relationships with dancers, parents, and studio owners
- Support fittings with care, confidence, and product knowledge
Grow Into Buying & Merchandising
- Assist with product selection and seasonal planning
- Track inventory and support restocking processes
- Learn to analyze sales trends and customer preferences
- Work with leading dancewear brands and vendors
Support Daily Operations
- Help manage inventory flow and store organization
- Assist with team support, communication, and training
- Keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently
- Step into leadership responsibilities as you grow
Who You Are
- Background in dance required (ballet/pointe experience strongly preferred)
- Passionate about the dance community and helping others
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and pride in your work
- Naturally personable and confident working with customers
- Reliable, proactive, and open to feedback and growth
- Interested in developing leadership and business skills
