Store Manager

Job Overview Frost is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Manager to lead daily operations and create an outstanding guest experience. Experience is great, but we will train the right person. The ideal candidate will oversee employees, manage scheduling and inventory, maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, and ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. We’re looking for a strong leader who can train and motivate a team, deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and take pride in maintaining a fun, welcoming environment for our customers. Duties Lead and motivate the retail team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective management and coaching Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling processes Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge Manage scheduling, shift management, and payroll processing to ensure smooth operational flow Implement inventory control measures, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment procedures Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Requirements Proven experience in retail store management or supervisory roles within the retail industry sales team management experience preferred Strong skills in, purchasing, and basic math for accurate cash handling and inventory control Excellent communication skills Demonstrated leadership with supervising experience in retail environments; ability to manage teams effectively Knowledge of POS systems, retail math, merchandising, and operational management practices Exceptional interpersonal skills including phone etiquette, managerial communication, and customer service excellence Join us as a Store Manager and become a vital part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding retail experiences.
