Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manager and Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Lead and motivate sales associates through effective coaching, training, and performance management. Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing strategies, and loss prevention measures. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Support hiring processes by participating in interviewing, onboarding new employees, and conducting employee orientation sessions. Oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and bookkeeping tasks accurately. Skills Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative environment. Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math for pricing and sales analysis. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated expertise in employee training & development, recruiting, budgeting, and merchandising strategies.
