We are looking for a motivated Store Manager who is passionate about customer service, leadership, and helping create an exceptional retail experience. This is a full-time salary position requiring open availability, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. What You’ll Do Lead all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring a consistently exceptional customer experience. Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team. Drive sales performance by establishing clear expectations, motivating employees, and identifying opportunities for growth. Take ownership of store sales goals, operational performance, and overall business results. Create and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels while maintaining payroll budgets. Foster a positive, supportive, and accountable work environment where employees feel engaged and motivated. Maintain high standards for visual merchandising, store presentation, cleanliness, and organization. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and loss prevention. Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve store performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Lead by example through exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Partner with retail leadership to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and support company initiatives. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who: Has previous retail management experience, preferably in a Store Manager or comparable leadership role. Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees. Has a proven ability to drive sales and achieve business goals. Is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Takes initiative, solves problems independently, and demonstrates sound judgment. Understands the importance of payroll management, inventory control, and operational efficiency. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys being actively involved in daily store operations. Leads with positivity, accountability, and a genuine commitment to teamwork.
