Store Manager

Responsibilities Lead and motivate the retail sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching, training, and performance management Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, purchasing, and stock replenishment Oversee cash handling, cashiering procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity Implement and monitor pricing strategies, promotional activities, and visual merchandising standards to maximize sales potential Conduct interviews, participate in recruiting efforts, and onboard new employees while providing ongoing training & development opportunities Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently Maintain organizational efficiency by managing scheduling, shift management, budgeting, and operational workflows Requirements Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage managerial communication channels Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Demonstrated skills in negotiation, purchasing, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and inventory control Experience with retail math including pricing strategies, budgeting, and basic financial analysis Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as employee orientation, interviewing, training & development while maintaining organizational skills Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred; familiarity with retail store product knowledge is advantageous Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team management, operational management, and customer service excellence Exceptional time management skills combined with phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership fuels our success!
