Store Manager

Duties Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring operational excellence and excellent customer service at every touchpoint Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a motivated and skilled retail sales team Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to maximize product availability and sales potential Oversee cash handling, cashiering, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity Implement pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising to attract customers and boost sales Conduct performance evaluations, manage shift schedules, and provide ongoing coaching to foster a positive team environment Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures to ensure a secure shopping environment Requirements Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervisory responsibilities in sales teams Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll management, bookkeeping, and inventory management Demonstrated expertise in retail math including pricing, budgeting, cash handling, and sales analysis Excellent communication skills in managing team members and engaging with customers; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency with POS systems, operational management tools, merchandising techniques, and stock control procedures Experience with shift management, training & development programs, customer service excellence, and retail industry sales strategies Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail; basic math skills are essential Previous experience in retail store product knowledge or grocery store operations is highly desirable Strong organizational skills combined with leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results Embark on this rewarding journey where your leadership fuels success!
