Stocker Charlotte, NC Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm On-site | Permanent position The Work Behind a Well-Run Operation Stock doesn’t organize itself. Deliveries need to be checked, products need to be put in the right place, and supplies need to be available when the team needs them. We’re hiring a Stocker in Charlotte, NC to take care of the day-to-day movement and organization of stock. You’ll be involved in receiving deliveries, checking quantities, keeping storage areas in order, and making sure materials are ready for use. It’s a hands-on position that suits someone who prefers practical work over sitting at a desk all day and likes being able to see the results of what they’ve accomplished. What You’ll Handle Receive deliveries and check incoming items against delivery information Unpack, sort, and place products in their designated locations Move stock between storage and operational areas as needed Keep frequently used products and supplies readily available Check quantities and flag shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies Help prepare stock for orders, projects, or other internal requirements Carry out routine stock counts and update inventory information Label and organize products so they can be located quickly Keep storage areas clear and make sure stock is stored safely Help monitor items that need to be reordered Work with other team members when larger deliveries or stock movements come in Follow established handling and workplace safety procedures What You’ll Bring The most important thing is that you’re dependable, practical, and comfortable taking responsibility for your work. Previous experience in stock handling, retail, warehouse work, logistics, construction, production, or general operations can be helpful, particularly if you’ve worked with deliveries, materials, or inventory. You should be comfortable with physical work, able to stay focused during routine tasks, and willing to learn how the operation works. Good attention to detail is important when checking quantities and keeping stock records accurate.
