Duties Manage inventory levels through accurate stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing backroom storage areas Operate RF scanners and pallet jacks to efficiently load, unload, and move products within the store or warehouse Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments, inspecting items for quality, and updating inventory records Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring displays are tidy and inviting Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly to handle large or bulky items safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor by performing routine cleaning and organization tasks Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers in locating products and answering inquiries with clear communication Experience Prior warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with inventory management systems, RF scanners, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and product placement Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of the role Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers effectively Previous experience in grocery stores or retail environments involving shipping & receiving, merchandising, or cashiering is beneficial Join us to be a vital part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
