Stocker

Overview Keep products moving and shelves ready as a Stocker. You’ll receive, organize, and replenish merchandise while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store or warehouse environment. Your impact: Accurate stocking and inventory control help customers find the products they need and keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Stock, package, and merchandise products, including produce where applicable; maintain organized displays and storage areas. Use an RF (radio frequency) scanner and inventory management tools to track products and support inventory control. Assist with shipping and receiving; load and unload deliveries using pallet jacks or forklifts when authorized. Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy items and operating material handling equipment. Clean and perform basic maintenance of work areas and equipment; assist customers and support retail sales, cashiering, or sales-floor needs as assigned. Requirements Strong communication and organizational skills, basic math, and the ability to follow safe manual handling procedures. Ability to perform physical work, including heavy lifting, loading, and unloading. Warehouse experience, warehouse operations, or retail store experience is helpful; familiarity with retail store product knowledge, retail math, and customer service is a plus. Experience with stocking, packaging, inventory management, shipping and receiving, or materials handling is preferred. Forklift or pallet jack experience is helpful.
