Stocker

Job Summary As a Stocker, you’ll keep products moving from receiving to shelves and help customers find what they need. You’ll support stocking, inventory control, merchandising, and clean, organized work areas in a warehouse or retail setting. Stock and merchandise products, including produce and packaged goods, while maintaining accurate inventory records. Use an RF (radio frequency) scanner and, when authorized, a pallet jack or forklift to handle materials safely. Keep work and sales areas clean, follow safe lifting practices, and assist with maintenance tasks. Support customer service, retail sales, and cashiering as needed; communicate clearly with coworkers and customers. Requirements Able to perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely, and follow procedures for loading, unloading, and materials handling. Basic math, communication, and organizational skills to support inventory management and shipping and receiving. Warehouse experience, warehouse operations, or retail store experience is helpful; grocery store experience and retail store product knowledge are also valued. Familiarity with stocking, packaging, inventory control, merchandising, cleaning, sales, or customer service is an asset. Experience operating material handling equipment, including a pallet jack or forklift, is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are welcome.
