About the Role The Stock Keeper I supports production operations by managing material flow, inventory accuracy, and stock organization across manufacturing environments. The role is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and system alignment. Success in this role results in reliable material availability, improved inventory accuracy, and efficient production support across operational workflows What You’ll Do Own material availability ensuring accurate movement and storage across production operations. Receive, store, and issue materials supporting production schedules and operational requirements. Transport materials between storage locations and production lines using approved equipment. Maintain organized inventory locations supporting efficient material retrieval and storage activities. Verify materials against documentation ensuring accuracy prior to movement or usage. Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP or inventory tracking systems. Record material movements ensuring alignment between physical inventory and system data. Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities as required. Identify discrepancies and escalate inventory issues to supervision for resolution. Ensure proper labelling and tracking of materials, components, and stock locations. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of required protective equipment. Maintain clean, organized work areas supporting safe and efficient material handling operations. Operate material handling equipment safely following established operational guidelines and procedures. Support production teams ensuring materials are available and staged for operational needs. Report unsafe conditions, inventory issues, and process concerns promptly to supervision Additional Expectations Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy. Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands. Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System. Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service. What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED required. 0-2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or production environments preferred. Basic understanding of material handling, inventory processes, and stock control practices. Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and standard operating guidelines consistently. Basic computer skills supporting inventory tracking, data entry, and documentation processes. Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy across material handling and inventory records. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and handling materials safely. Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment within manufacturing environments.
