Duties Manage inventory control by accurately stocking, organizing, and replenishing merchandise throughout the store Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods Support merchandising efforts by maintaining clean, organized displays and ensuring products are properly labeled Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly to move stock efficiently and safely Conduct routine maintenance of storage areas to uphold safety standards and cleanliness Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product location and answering questions about inventory Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or retail stocking roles preferred; warehouse experience is a plus Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in inventory management Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity throughout shifts Knowledge of retail math for stock counting and inventory tracking Familiarity with retail environments is beneficial Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness Join us as a Stock Associate where your energy fuels our success!
